I love it! Super handy for all gardening/re-potting needs. Easy to use and easy to store. The design and size makes re-potting go so much faster than with a trowel or your hands. It is precise too! If you’ve ever put soil in a pot or container with a shovel, you usually wind up with a mess of spilled dirt. The Tidy Pots scoop is the best way to transfer planting soil! It has a sturdy feel to it and nice curved surface. No, it won’t hold as much as a shovel, but the plastic scoop allows for far more control on where the soil winds up. It’s pictured in a 10-gallon canvas planter – you can see this is a BIG scoop. We also blend planting soil using clean dirt, pearlite, compost, peat moss, and sometimes a little sand. The scoop can be used in the garden cart or wheelbarrow for better mixing than an unwieldy shovel. VERY pleased!-Indiana
An amazingly simple design that makes potting and re-potting plants a much cleaner experience. As most of my potted plants are at work, I do not have an outside workbench to re-pot plants and this scoop with its scalloped curved design makes transferring soil from the bag to the pot a simple clean process. It also comes in handy for outdoor plants as well (see my pictures). Something that we will keep next to the bags of potting soil.-Houston, TX
Where has the TIDY POTS 9 in. Plastic Potting Soil Scoop been all my gardening life?! The scoop is a solid piece of plastic. Extremely durable. I was able to move about 18 gallons of potting soil into a container in just a few minutes. You can see in the photos how you get a massive amount of dirt in one scoop. It was easy to scoop and hold while transferring…no spills. The serrated edge helped get deep into the dirt. It rinsed right off without any issues. If you are a serious gardener you should really get the TIDY POTS 9 in. Plastic Potting Soil Scoop. For the price even a casual gardener should get one. You can not beat it…really.-Hampton Roads, VA
What a handy little tool! It’s made of a very substantial weight plastic in a pretty shade of green. The scoop allows you to pick up way more soil out of the bag than you could with just an ordinary trowel. It’s curved shape conforms to the pot, so it is easier to direct the soil to exactly where you want it. This handy gadget makes gardening so much easier and fun at the same time!-Florida
